We plan on celebrating in style for the rest of the year with you. Kicking-off the ‘We are 10’ celebrations is the exciting rebrand of Lokko’08 to Lokko House which we celebrated with our family of suppliers… psst, pictures here.
The new name intends to refresh the Lokko brand and its values; encapsulating our bigger, better and bolder goals for the coming year.
As part of a more holistic update to our brand, we will also be creating a new website, installing new signage at our shop (so you won’t want to beat us up anymore!) and updating our communications – including a fancy fresh newsletter format to come.
Next month, you’ll see a range of additions including a blog post link, promotions and sales, new product arrivals and any new brands joining the Lokko family.
What does the re-branding mean?
We’re putting some order to the past 10 years and creating some clarity for you. Lokko House is now the name of the parent company to four sub-brands you’re already familiar with. For those who are new, this is a great way to begin your journey with us. Check out each of them below.
The Lokko House Store
Formerly known as Lokko’08, this is the first and number one Urban Concept Store in Accra. Woven into the fabric of Accra since 2008, Lokko House has become a pilgrimage site for West African fashion and urban culture – and has reinvented the meaning of retail in Ghana since its existence.
